I do art stuff, mostly dhmis bc I just got back into that heh
I have no idea how many people will see this or how active this discussion is, but I need to get this off my chest.
Can the community *please* stop infantilizing Yellow Guy? I get that he’s mentally slower and sometimes seems more child like, but he’s canonically like 38 and, as many things in this show are metaphors for problems in the real world, he could be representing the fact that real world people with learning disabilities aren’t treated fairly and are seen as stupid. It’s fine to have AUs of Yellow Guy as a child, but as soon as you call it canon or a HC you are ripping away that representation from the show.
Maybe I’m overreacting, but stuff like this has really been getting under my skin :/

Yes, he’s a puppet, but he’s also a marionette. Well, in the behind the scenes of Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared, I observed that the puppet of Yellow Guy for the original episode and the second in turn are manipulated by strings, such as a marionette.
However, I do not know if the puppets for the episodes after the second are marionettes, but from the original to the second they are puppets manipulated by threads.
So what do you think?

So...I have a theory... A GAMETHEORY no no but seriously lmao. the part where a can is eating duck alive, why does he have real human organs.....I personally think that these are people in suits,, locked in a purgatory or hell where they are forced to wear stupid costumes while horrible things happen (humiliation and torture)
