Doi: A twitter post by Becky says "Happy birthday Doi" with a picture of yellow guy and "his special one"but it'd be weird just to say happy birthday to a certain character, and not DHMIS itself. The most likley case Becky was wishing a friend or relative happy birthday.
Manny/Harry/Robin: The Yellow guy's fan name is Manny, most likely because he is the most "human looking" of all of them, or "man-like". Man, manny, man-ny. Manny The Red guy's fan name is Harry, because, simply put, he has a lot of hairy, and is hairy. Robin is a type of duck.
Paige: Paige is very similar to the word "Page", and sketchbook is well... a sketchbook.
Larry: Uhhh... just a name.
